Toucan Chaise

This fantastic chaise came in as a recover but when we got underneath the covers a full reupholster was 100% necessary. Starting with the beautiful, shapely Victorian frame we resprung and restitched a hessian base and then upholstered using this wonderful Toucan fabric from Harlequin Fabrics. In addition to polishing the rich wooden frame, we replaced the plastic wheels for brass castors, bringing it back to its original antique roots.
