Fluted Banquette

The brief for this banquette was clean and simple lines. We recommended a very slightly lower than normal seat as the clients had two small children and with that in mind we also used an aqua clean velvet . This means that the fabric could be easily wiped down after sticky fingers had worked their way around it!
The flutes were upholstered individually onto a thin board that was then fixed to the bench after it had been fitted by the carpenter.
