Kentish Town

Another wonderful customer who has come back to us time and time again whenever she has needed something re-upholstered or covered, we love working with her as she has exquisite taste in fabric and always chooses the ones we love the most too.

We first met when they were in the middle of refurbishing their house and she had a special library chair belonging to her grandfather that needed a lot of tlc. It was covered in torn red leather so we sourced the  glorious Timorous Beasties Birdbranch velvet to replace it, she was also looking for an antique armchair and we had a elegant crapaud chair that fitted the bill perfectly. We recovered it in the iconic GP&J Baker Nympheus linen and used the old red leather buttons from the library chair to hold the fabric back into the curve and kept a small historical nod to her grandfathers chair.
