Stag Chair

The client wanted a real statement piece to go in her hallway and to be a talking point. She sourced the chair and it immediately felt that the fabric should be pictorial to do justice to the huge sweep along the inside back of the chair. Also she was very keen on heathery colours, so this Linwood fabric seemed like a shoe-in. I had the cross-stitch specifically commissioned, picking out the stag and mountain motif from the velvet to create something truly unique for her.
